Our Pilots Moser Aviation hires only the most experienced, professional and well trained pilots available. We train them incessantly on the aircraft, on aviation safety and business efficiency. On top of that, we make sure they provide the ultimate level of personalized customer service that you deserve. All Moser Aviation Pilots are qualified as Airline Transport Pilots, the highest rating available from the FAA, and are type certified on the Hawker 400XP. We send each Captain to an intensive simulator based recurrent course every six months, and we go far above and beyond the requirements of the FAA to make sure your pilots are trained, rested and ready to take you safely where you need to be. Marty Moser - President, Hawker 400XP Captain Marty is a 1993 graduate of the USAF Academy. He spent the first 15 years of his flying career as an F-16 “Viper” pilot and flight safety officer in the Air Force. Management experience in the energy and agribusiness industries have given him a uniquely efficient approach to the business of aviation. Still flying F-16s with the DC Air National Guard, Marty brings the same disciplined, precise flying to business aviation that he has successfully employed in the military. Devin Ferebee - Director of Operations, Hawker 400XP Captain Devin is a 1995 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. After graduating from college Devin started his aviation career as a commercial flight instructor and over the last 15 years he has worked his way up through the ranks of the aviation industry to be become the safe, skilled, & highly knowledgeable pilot that he is today. Devin has over 9 years experience in the private jet charter business and continues to fly with the same level of safety, skill, and customer service that has earned him respect among his clients, his co-workers, his supervisors, and within the private jet charter industry at large. |

Phil Schembri - Safety Officer, Hawker 400XP Co-Pilot The “Young Turk” of the Moser Aviation team, Phil is also a graduate of the USAF Academy, earning his Bachelor’s degree in 2002. He started his aviation career flying E-8 JSTARS aircraft for the US Air Force during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Phil’s “safety first” mentality and steady hand bring a level of customer service, safety and security to you and your passengers that is peerless in the business aviation industry. |

John Mann - Hawker 400XP Captain John is a 1973 Graduate of the USAF Academy, and a retired USAF fighter pilot. John started his aviation career flying F-4 Phantom II’s in the USAF. He continued his career as a fighter pilot flying the F-15 and several types of Russian fighter aircraft in a then top-secret Air Force training program that required the best military pilots. John attended USAF Weapons School (the Air Force’s version of “TOP GUN”), and flew F-15’s in the first Gulf War. John also taught high school Math and Physics and is currently the President of the local Board of Education in his hometown. John adds a level of wisdom, skill, and experience to the Moser Aviation team that truly makes him “The Best of The Best”. A man committed to excellence in both aviation and public service, John provides a level a safety and service that is second-to-none. |
